WE ARE A MIXED BILLING PRACTICE

Bulk billing with Dr Mohammed and Dr Sura applies to routine consultations for those who meet the following criteria only:

65 years or older AND holder of a valid Pension Card

Children 12 years and under

DVA Gold Card holders

DVA White Card holders consulting about an eligible condition.

Dr Mohammed and Dr Sura bulk-bill all procedures involving the insertion and/or removal of long-acting reversible contraceptives.

Fees apply for all other procedures / skin checks etc.

Private fees apply to all of Dr Madeeha and Dr Sathyajith's consultations.

Payment is to be made at the time of consultation.

Eftpos Facilites and Medicare claiming is available onsite.
